All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Or UPS Ground. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

All plush toys are considered to be a final sale.  In the unlikely event, you receive a defective toy, please contact us at info@muttzie.com to arrange for an exchange.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported to Muttzie within 2 days from receipt of your order and will be promptly replaced or refunded.

Clearance and sale items are always considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
